Responsibilities
- •Manage the end-to-end foreign purchasing process, including sourcing, negotiating, and procuring materials and equipment from international suppliers.
- •Coordinate logistics operations for the import and export of goods, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
- •Prepare and review purchase orders, contracts, and shipping documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- •Analyze market trends and supplier performance to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
- •Maintain accurate records of all purchasing and logistics transactions for audit and reporting purposes.
- •Collaborate with internal departments such as production, quality assurance, and finance to align procurement activities with business needs.
- •Ensure adherence to company standards for quality, delivery, and service in all purchasing and logistics activities.
- •Support the development and implementation of strategies to optimize the global supply chain and enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements
- •Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- •2-4 years of experience in foreign purchasing, international procurement, or logistics, preferably within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- •Proven negotiation skills with the ability to secure favorable terms and build strong supplier relationships.
- •Excellent organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
- •Proficiency in using ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- •Strong analytical skills to assess supplier performance and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- •Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
