Responsibilities
- •Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies, systems, and procedures aligned with local regulations and company standards.
- •Conduct risk assessments, safety inspections, and audits across all foundry operations.
- •Ensure compliance with Egyptian Labor Law, environmental standards, and industrial safety requirements.
- •Lead accident investigations, root-cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
- •Deliver HSE training programs for employees at all levels to build awareness and commitment.
- •Coordinate with Factory Management to ensure full integration of HSE principles in daily operations.
- •Maintain documentation and reports required for internal and external audits.
Requirements
- •Minimum of 5 years of experience in Health, Safety, and Environmental management within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- •Proven track record of developing and implementing HSE management systems and policies.
- •Strong knowledge of local and international HSE regulations, standards, and best practices.
- •Demonstrated experience in conducting risk assessments, safety audits, and incident investigations.
- •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and influence staff at all levels.
- •Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a proactive approach.
- •Experience in managing emergency response and crisis situations.
- •Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, operational environment.
- •Proficiency in HSE management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- •Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
