Responsibilities

Requirements

  • •Demonstrated ability to design and implement development programs and initiatives.
  • •Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
  • •Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • •Experience working in an industrial or manufacturing environment is a plus.
  • •Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • •Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HRIS systems.
